This privacy policy explains how Snatched.store collects and processes personal data.
Snatched.store, through the CEO, is the data controller for the company's processing of personal data. The data controller has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all processing and handling of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation. Where day-to-day responsibility has been delegated, this is stated under each individual point in this statement. The delegation only covers the tasks and not the responsibility.
The statement contains information about your rights when storing personal data through a customer relationship with Snatched.store, and general information about how we process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Snatched.store does not share personal information with others, or use the information for any purpose other than as stated in this privacy policy.
Personal information
To complete a purchase on Snatched.store, we need to store your first name, last name, address, mobile number, email and which products you have ordered.
This is necessary to be able to send your order to the correct delivery address, keep you updated on the order status and contact you if there is a need in accordance with your orders.
We are required to retain order information for accounting, tax management and any warranty and return handling. This history is deleted after ten years. We also retain the IP address used when ordering for security reasons.
For different purposes we may need other personal data. Which personal data and the purpose of this is described here in the privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data that Snatched.store has registered in accordance with applicable law. You may at any time request to receive this information free of charge in accordance with applicable law.
Information shall be provided/transmitted in a secure manner. If the data subject submits the request electronically, and unless the data subject requests otherwise, the information shall be provided in a common electronic form.
You can also, at any time, ask us to delete or correct your personal data, provided that we are not obliged to retain it under applicable law or other obligations we have.
You have the right to obtain the personal data you have provided to Snatched.store – data portability. If technically possible, we can send this information directly to the new business. If not, we will send the information to you via email.
All personal information we send to you in these contexts will be sent in encrypted file format.
You can withdraw the consent you have given us at any time. The consents can be found on "My page".
You have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you feel that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with this statement.
Archiving of personal data
The Accounting Act requires us to store transaction data for 5 years. In order to safeguard customers' rights in connection with warranties and complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, the Purchase Act and Snatched.store's terms and conditions of sale, we store purchase history for 10 years.
Securing personal data
Snatched.store has procedures and comprehensive measures to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal data, and that the processing of data is in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation.
You can rest assured that Snatched.store stores your personal information securely.
Delivery of goods
We work with Postnord for the transport of goods. We provide personal information that is necessary for them to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the carriers is name, address, telephone number and email. The information is deleted within 36 months.
Payment solutions
For security reasons, we keep a history that includes the IP address we receive orders from. Payment information at Snatched.store is: IP address, name, address, email and mobile phone number.
All systems that process personal data related to payment of orders are strictly limited to employees who perform necessary tasks related to the order.
Card payments
Card numbers are not stored beyond what is necessary to ensure efficient handling of any issues with charging, cancellation of reservations and credits. It is not possible for Snatched.store to see your full card number in any of our systems after a purchase has been made.
Should there be any problems with a card payment, payment managers at Snatched.store can find the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number (IIN/BIN number) to identify which bank issued the card, so that we can assist in resolving the problem.
If you choose card as your payment method, your payment details and card details will be shared with our card payment provider. Payment and card details are only used to process a payment.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you download a website. They are typically used to improve your user experience and remember who you are so you stay logged in.
The purpose of cookies is to provide the online store with basic functionality such as session management, analysis, personalization and marketing.
First-party cookies are necessary for the website to function. Third-party cookies are used for analytics, marketing and website personalization.

Analysis
Snatched.store collects anonymized information about visitors to Snatched.store for analysis.
By anonymized information we mean information that cannot be traced back to a user or person. The purpose of this is to collect statistics that can be used to further develop and improve the website.
Examples of this type of data are: the number of visitors to the site, how the site is used, how long the visit lasts, where the users come from and which browsers are used.
We also collect search terms used via the search engines on the website. This is only to improve search results and customer experience, and no information is collected that can be traced back to the user.
Personalization
In order to provide you with a relevant and good experience in our online store, we use functions and systems to personalize the content so that it is tailored to you and your interests.
Marketing
The basis for processing for email and SMS marketing is consent.
We want our marketing to be relevant and valuable to you at all times, which is why the content will most often be tailored to you. We work with selected partners to achieve a good solution related to SMS and email communications.
We and our partners track ads to know which ads you have seen online and which products you have viewed with us. This allows us to tailor the store to your interests and show you relevant ads the next time you visit.
GDPR for newsletters
Personal information is collected about the individual subscriber via registration at checkout or from IP address when cookies are approved. This information is: email address, name and postal code.
- The purpose of the name is to know who is a subscriber to the newsletter. It is not possible to know who is a subscriber without a name. The basis for processing is "necessary for agreement".
- The purpose of the email address is to send out marketing. The basis for processing is "consent". This also means that we as a company must respect the individual's wishes if consent is withdrawn.
- The purpose of the postal code is to distinguish similar names and avoid confusion between them. The processing basis for this is "necessary for agreement".
- In cases where you register at checkout and at the same time approve the newsletter, your mobile phone number will also be collected as information. The basis for processing this is "necessary for the agreement". The telephone number will not be used for anything other than being on each individual profile page that subscribes to our newsletter. The profile pages can be found at e- the mail marketing platform (Klaviyo) we use, and can only be seen by the contact person.
Personal information is stored until the individual unsubscribes from the newsletter, or is deleted by the contact person.
If you wish to delete some or all personal data, please send an email to the contact person who can be reached at support@snatched.store.
Personal data to third parties
Snatched.store will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal information in any way other than as described in this Privacy Policy. Your data will only be shared if we are legally obligated to do so or with your consent.
Partners will only have access to the information if this is necessary to perform services for Snatched.store. In such cases, data processing agreements are entered into to ensure information security. In addition, Snatched.store will determine how the processing of the information will take place.
