Shipping Options
We currently offer delivery to home addresses, parcel lockers, and collection points, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. Depending on the chosen courier, you may also receive tracking information via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your shipment until it arrives.
Shipping Time and Price
Delivery time is normally 2-6 working days.
Shipping costs £6.99 for orders under £145, and is free for orders of £145 or more.
Order Processing
We always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within one working day after the order is placed.
All orders are processed in the order they are received, and we prioritise getting your package to the courier as soon as it’s ready for shipment.
During busy periods such as sales campaigns, Black Friday or Christmas, please allow for slightly longer processing times. It may take a few extra days before your order is shipped.
Partial Deliveries
If you order multiple items, your order may in some cases be split into several shipments. You will always receive an order confirmation by email, and once the items are shipped, you will receive a separate confirmation with tracking details for each package.
Reservations
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors related to the courier.
Unforeseen events such as system errors, courier delays or stock discrepancies may also occur and lead to longer delivery times. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the courier’s specified time frame, it will be returned to us.
The buyer may then be charged a return handling fee of £18 to cover the cost of the return shipment.
Unclaimed packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
